Victoria Avenue & Broad Street Intersection
Starting Saturday, September 19, crews will replace the traffic signals at the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Broad Street as part of the Victoria Avenue Infrastructure & Beautification Project. Work will include changing the traffic signal equipment and installing new poles unique to the downtown.
Beginning at 6 a.m., drivers may want to consider alternate routes as traffic will be restricted to one lane in all directions. In addition, traffic flow at the intersection will temporarily be managed as a four-way stop.
This work is weather dependent and expected to be completed in two days.
